The Service

Cali Calendar is a platform for discovering and listing calisthenics events. By creating an account or using calicalendar.org, you agree to these terms.

Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• One person per account; don't share credentials.

Event Listings

• Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of the events they post — dates, locations, pricing, and imagery.
• Submitted events are reviewed before publishing. We may approve, reject, or remove any listing at our discretion.
• By uploading content (event details, images, profile photos), you confirm you have the right to share it and grant us a license to display it on the platform.
• Cali Calendar lists events but does not organize them. Attendance, registration, payments, and safety are between you and the event organizer.

Acceptable Use

Don't use Cali Calendar to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent events.
• Upload content that is unlawful, hateful, or infringes others' rights.
• Harass other users or scrape the platform.
• Interfere with or attempt to bypass the platform's security.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cali Calendar is not liable for damages arising from your use of the platform or attendance at listed events — including injuries sustained at events, which are inherently physical activities undertaken at your own risk.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the effective date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
